STUFFED CELERY 
1/4 c. EACH chopped: Radishes, parsley, green onions (include some green tops) & pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 bunch celery

Wash and dry vegetables and chop by hand. Separate celery into ribs and clean and trim. Place cream cheese in a large bowl and gradually blend all ingredients. Mixture will be stiff. Cut celery ribs into 2 inch lengths and stuff with mixture.
