STACIE'S HOT CHILLI 
2 lbs lean ground hamburger
2 cans dark kidney beans
3 cans of diced tomatoes (any variety)
1 cup chopped onions
2 packs of McCormick Chilli seasoning (any variety)
1 hot pepper (any kind)
1 cup Water
Saltines
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Sour Cream

Brown hamburger and drain. Put into large pot. Drain juice off kidney beans and add to pot. Add tomatoes, onions, and chilli seasoning mix. Split pepper down the middle and discard seeds. Dice pepper and add to mixture. Add cup of water. Simmer for several hours. Serve with shredded cheese and sour cream on top. Saltines to scoop with.

Makes 10 to 12 servings.
