SUNDAY STROGANOFF 
2 lb. meat, cubed
2 cans mushroom soup
1/2 pkg. onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. dry cooking sherry
1/2 c. sour cream

Mix all ingredients in an oven proof bowl. Bake at 300 degrees for 4 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. This is great for venison or inexpensive cuts of beef. It can make the oldest buck fork tender!
