COTTAGE CHEESE SURPRISE SALAD 
1 1/2 c. frozen green peas, thawed
1 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. chopped cooked ham
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
2 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
Salt to taste
Shredded lettuce
Shredded process American cheese
Potato chips

Combine peas, celery and ham in a salad bowl. Mix together cottage cheese, mustard, parsley and salt. Stir into vegetable mixture. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour. When ready to serve; spoon mixture on shredded lettuce on plates. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Surround with potato chips. Makes 4 servings.
