2 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
28 oz. jar mincemeat
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. candied fruit
1 c. nuts, coarsely chopped

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch tube pan, line with waxed paper and grease again. Sift together flour and soda, set aside. Combine remaining dry ingredients, pour into prepared pan.

Bake 1 hour and 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes clean. Cool 15 minutes, turn out of pan, remove paper and garnish as desired.
