1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. onion
1 env. taco seasoning
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 1/4 c. milk
3 eggs
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Favorite taco seasonings

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Brown hamburger and onions. Add seasoning and put in pan. Mix Bisquick, eggs and milk, pour over top. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and cheese. Bake 10 more minutes. Ready to serve with favorite toppings.
