GRAHAM CRACKER TOFFEE 
24 whole graham crackers
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, well packed
1 c. chopped nuts

Cover a well greased 11 x 15 inch pan with graham crackers. Bring sugar and butter to a rolling boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in nuts and pour over crackers. Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.

OPTIONAL: While still hot, cover with 6 Hershey bars and spread as they melt. The nuts can then be sprinkled over this instead of being in the syrup. When cool, refrigerated to harden chocolate. Cut into squares while warm.
