GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1 c. white sugar
1 c. butter, soft
4 egg yolks
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
4 egg whites, beaten

Combine sugar, butter and egg yolks. Add baking powder and crumbs. Add milk alternately with crumbs. Fold in the 4 beaten egg whites. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. milk

Melt butter. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cool, and then add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and thicken with powdered sugar and 1/2 cup nuts.
