7 halves of graham crackers
3 egg whites
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Assemble 4 crackers together as a box, using frosting as glue. Cut one half diagonally for end of roof. Adjust roof to fit together. Let dry overnight.

FROSTING: Place egg whites and sugar and cream of tartar in bowl and beat 10 minutes until stiff. To keep, place a damp towel over the bowl due to drying rock hard!
