LEMON BARS 
1 c. soft butter
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Mix the above ingredients together and pat into a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

6 eggs
7 tbsp. flour
3 c. sugar (scant)
1/3 c. lemon juice (I used real lemon to fill 1/3 cup)
Rind of 1 lemon

Beat lightly with wire whip or hand beater. Pour on baked crust and bake again for 20 minutes or until set at 350 degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar as soon as finished baking.
