MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
2 c. cornmeal
2 c. sweet milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c cream corn
1/2 c. bacon drippings
1/2 tsp. salt
5 to 7 Jalapeno peppers
1/4 lb. cheese

Mix well. Pour half mixture in pan, add 1/4 pound grated cheese, add rest of mixture and bake at 350 degrees. Note: Chop peppers very fine.
