1/2 lg. pkg. Oreos, ground in blender
1/3 c. melted butter

Mix and spread over bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan. Put 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream in chunks over cookie mixture. Pour sauce over ice cream.

SAUCE:

4 sqs. semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 sm. can (5 1/3 oz.) evaporated milk

Heat slowly and bring to boil (all 4 ingredients). Keep entire dish in freezer.
