CHEDDAR PENNIES 
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash cayenne pepper

Work cheese and butter together until creamy. Mix in flour. Chill dough for an hour or so. Roll 1/3 inch thick on lightly floured board. Cut half dollar size and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. These freeze well. Just defrost and bake.
