ARTICHOKE SQUARES 
3 slices bacon, diced
1/3 chopped onion
1 clove garlic
5 eggs, beaten
8 oz. artichokes, drained and chopped
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. Tabasco

Saute onion, bacon and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Beat eggs until frothy; add above mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan that has been lightly greased. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares.
