CATFISH PARMESAN 
1 lb. skinless catfish fillets
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. milk
2 tsp. vegetable oil

Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Dip fillets in milk and roll in crumb mixture.
