SAVORY BUTTERED SHRIMP 
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Basil & rosemary to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Tabasco sauce to taste
1 c. melted butter
2 lbs. peeled, deveined shrimp

Mix all ingredients, except shrimp, with melted butter. Place shrimp in shallow pan; broil for 5 minutes. Spoon sauce over shrimp; broil 5 to 8 minutes longer. Serve immediately with warm French bread and favorite salad. Yields: 8 servings.
