GREEN PEA SALAD 
24 oz. bag small frozen peas, thawed but not cooked
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. scallions, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
Parmesan cheese

Mix vegetables. Spread mayonnaise mixture over vegetables. Sprinkle generous amount of grated Parmesan cheese on top of mayonnaise mixture.
