CRANBERRY SURPRISE 
2 (16 oz.) cans whole cranberry sauce
2 pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 tsp. salt
4 oranges, diced
1 c. nuts

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Heat cranberry sauce until melted. Strain to get 1 cup juice. Add the juice to the Jello. Blend mayonnaise and cream cheese. Add to Jello mixture with lemon juice and salt. Beat thoroughly with mixer. Chill until firm, whip with mixer until fluffy. Fold in remaining cranberry sauce, oranges and nuts. May be molded in a 2 quart mold. Chill until firm.
