36 med. shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 c. sliced zucchini Juice of 1 lemon 4 lg. mushrooms, quartered 1/2 c. sliced scallions 1 garlic clove, minced 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram Cut four 12 x 12 inch pieces heavy - duty foil. Spray with Pam. Place equal amounts of shrimp and vegetables in center of each piece foil. Sprinkle with lemon juice, garlic and marjoram. Fold foil and securely seal ends. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through. |
