BREAD FILLING 
1 loaf bread (broken in sm. pieces)
1 qt. milk
1 c. beaten eggs (6)
1 tbsp. parsley
1/3 c. chopped onion (saute in)
3 1/3 c. chopped celery
6 tbsp. butter

Scald a few pieces of saffron in 1/3 cup water. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Add oysters if desired.
