CORN PUDDING | |
3 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 c. butter, melted 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 (17 oz.) can cream corn 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. cornbread mix Combine first 7 ingredients. Stir well. Pour into 2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
