CHICKEN AND RICE SOUP WITH
GINGER
 
6-8 c. chicken broth or bouillon
2-3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4-1/2 jar minced fresh ginger or 1-2 tbsp. minced ginger root
1/2-3/4 c. rice
1 tsp. white pepper
Salt to taste
1 bunch green onions, sliced

Mix all together and simmer until rice is done. Serve with sliced green onions on top. May also use turkey.
