CAROB CANDY 
3/4 c. carob powder
2/3 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. raisins, chopped
1/2 c. shredded coconut
2 tbsp. date sugar or chopped date (fine)
1/4 c. molasses or sorghum
1/2 c. honey
3 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
5 tbsp. soy milk

Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl; combine all the liquid ingredients in a large bowl. Add the dry mixture to the liquid. If batter is too thick gradually add soy milk until creamy. Put mixture in freezing tray, and freeze.
