CHRISTMAS CANDY ROLL 
1 lb. dates
1 lb. figs
1 lb. raisins
1 c. coconut flakes
2 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 c. cream
1 tbsp. butter

Chop dates, figs, or raisins in food processor or blender. Add coconut and nuts. Set aside. Cook sugar, cream and butter until soft ball stage. Bet until creamy. Add fruits and nuts. Mix well. Roll into a loaf. Wrap in aluminum foil. Slice to serve. Allow about 2 weeks before serving. Makes about 7 pounds.
