CASSEROLE A'LA BLUE 
1 lb. ground beef
3 c. cooked wide noodles, drain, rinse
1 can whole kernel corn
2 c. chopped broccoli
2 c. grated American or Jack cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 onion, chopped (optional)

In skillet brown beef; drain fat. In a 9 x 13 inch pan (preferably glass) layer ingredients, except soup and milk, in this order: Noodles, beef, onion, broccoli, corn and cheese. (Note: This can be done in 2 layers, using 1/2 of each ingredient per layer.) Desired seasonings may be added before cooking.

Mix soup and milk together in a bowl, pour over casserole. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Season to taste. Serve.
