ICE CREAM DESSERT 
1/2 gal. vanilla (or white house) ice cream, soften and slice
4 c. Rice Chex cereal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
3/4 c. melted butter

Combine last 5 ingredients. Mix and toss well.

Take 1/2 of mixture and line 9x13 glass or tupperware pan-pat down. Put sliced ice cream over and smooth. Spread remaining mixture on top.

When serving, drizzle white fudge sauce or Cool whip and maraschino cherries. Keep frozen. Will cut right out of freezer.
