4 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. biscuit mix
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded coconut
4 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

This recipe makes its own crust. In a mixing bowl, beat 4 eggs. Add biscuit mix and milk; blend well. Then add remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased pie pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
