1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sm. unsalted peanuts
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter

Mix all ingredients except peanuts in heavy saucepan. Cook and stir to full over all boil. Lower heat and keep stirring while mixture boils slowly for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in peanuts all at once. Beat until candy starts to thicken. Drop mixture quickly on wax paper.
