8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts
1 tsp. vanilla
Sliced apples dipped in lemon juice so as not to turn brown

Combine all but apples the day before. This gives mixture a chance to blend flavors. Serve with a dish of sliced apples. Young and old love this!
