GREEN SLAW 
1/3 c. purple grape juice
2 tbsp. sherry or red vinegar
6 c. lightly packed green cabbage
1 tbsp. caraway seed
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. golden raisins
1 c. very thinly sliced green pepper

Whisk grape juice, oil, vinegar and honey together in large bowl. Add cabbage, green pepper, raisins, and caraway seeds. Toss to combine all together. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
