1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix (don't substitute)
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 tub Cool Whip (2 c.)

Roll into teaspoon size balls. Roll cookie balls in granulated sugar. Cookies will be sticky.

Bake on cookie sheet at 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes. Cookies will flatten and crackle as they bake.
