TOMATO CABBAGE SOUP 
Brown together:

2 med. onions, chopped
1 lb. ground turkey
2 bouillon cubes

To the above mixture, add 4 (16 oz.) cans of tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste and simmer for 1 hour. Finally, add 1 to 2 (15 oz.) cans red kidney beans (I prefer 2 cans; the soup is thick) and 2 to 3 cups chopped cabbage. Cook slowly for about 30 minutes. This soup is great on a wintry day!
