ETHAN'S VEGGIE FLOWER 
1 cucumber slice, the center of the flower
8 carrot rounds, petals, raw or cooked
1/2 celery stalk, flower stalk
pimento cheese or peanut butter, for filler
2 spinach leaves

Wash celery stalk, trim ends and cut in half. Peel and slice the cucumber and carrots. Arrange one cucumber in center followed by 8 carrot rounds around it, Fill celery stalks with filling and place under the flower. Add spinach on each side for leaf effect.

Note: If extra carrots and spinach are cooked and ready, often the veggie flower gets the appetite stirred up so much that extra carrots and even spinach are gobbled up.
