CORN AND POTATO CHOWDER 
6 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 med. onions, chopped
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1/2 c. cooked ham
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 pkg. frozen corn, thawed

Mix all ingredients except milk and corn in crock pot. Cover. Turn heat control to low, cook 8-10 hours. Stir in milk and corn and cook covered 1 hour more. Serves 4.

This is excellent to be cooking while you are working. Before you leave for work, take frozen corn out and leave in lower part of refrigerator and it won't chill the chowder when you put it in.
