CHOCOLATE COVERED TOFFEE BAR 
1 c. sugar
2 sticks real butter
Saltine crackers
12 oz. chocolate chips

Place crackers close together on a foil-lined 9 x 13 inch cookie sheet. Melt butter in saucepan and add sugar, stirring constantly until it starts to boil. Continue stirring and boil for 3 minutes exactly.

Pour immediately over crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes only. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top and spread as they melt. Cool. Break into pieces.
