CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
5 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 stick butter

Blend together and cook on low heat until mixture comes to rolling boil. Boil 6 minutes.

3 sm. pkgs. semi-sweet bits (Nestle's or Hershey's)
1 dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Blend until semi-sweet bits are melted. Pour into buttered pans. (I use a 13 x 9 inch and a 9 x 9 inch pan). Makes about 5 pounds.
