CINNAMON ROLLS 
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 cake yeast
Flour, enough to form sticky dough
1 c. confectioners sugar
Scalded milk, enough to make spreadable frosting

In a bowl put 3/4 stick of butter, salt and sugar. Heat (scald) 1 cup milk. Pour into above mixture. When cool add eggs, yeast and enough flour to make a sticky dough. Let rise until double in size. Roll out dough. Sprinkle with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll up like jelly roll. Cut off into rolls. Put into greased pan. Let rise until double in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown. Mix confectioners sugar and scalded milk, for powdered sugar icing. Glaze.
