EASY CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
1 chicken (2 to 3 lb.)
1 pack flour tortillas
chicken broth
salt
pepper

Boil chicken seasoned with salt and pepper. You can use broth from chicken or buy broth in a can. Cook until chicken is tender. Let cool and take off bones. Put chicken and broth in pot and bring to a boil. Slice the flour tortillas; break and drop into chicken and broth. Reduce heat to medium and cook until tortillas are tender. The tortillas have to be the flour tortillas and use desired amount of chicken.
