STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 baked pie crust
1 qt. strawberries

Clean and wash strawberries. Arrange strawberries in baked pie shell. Set aside. Make glaze according to recipe and pour evenly over strawberries in the pie shell. Chill and serve immediately.

GLAZE FOR STRAWBERRY PIE:

1 c. raspberry concentrate
1 c. apple juice concentrate
3 tbsp. agar flakes
3 tbsp. cornstarch

Mix juices and bring to a boil. Add agar flakes, stir until dissolved. Add cornstarch and cook until thickened. Pour over fruit in pie shell and cool.
