APPLE - HONEY BUTTER | |
7 lb. apples, cored, cut and cooked until soft 1 1/2 lb. honey 1 c. cider or honey 1 c. crushed pineapple Press cooked apples through food mill to make 1 gallon of applesauce. Combine next 3 ingredients in large enamel roasting pan; add applesauce you just made. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours, stirring once. Put into jars and seal. |
