CHEDDAR DOGS 
4 ready-to-bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits
4 frankfurters
6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. each pickle relish and spicy brown mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll each biscuit between 2 sheets of wax paper. Set 1 frankfurter in center of each biscuit; top each with cheese. Fold biscuit around frankfurter and cheese to enclose. Place on baking sheet. Close ends of biscuit so cheese doesn't melt onto pan. Bake until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.

In small cup combine relish and mustard; serve with Cheddar Dogs.
