TWO-WAY ORIENTAL TUNA | |
1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. minced onions 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1 can tuna, flaked 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained, sliced 6-8 thin slices French bread Combine mayonnaise, onions, lemon juice, soy sauce and curry powder, blend. Add tuna and water chestnuts, toss gently. Spread on bread slices. Broil 2-3 inches from heat - 3 to 4 minutes or until hot. Makes 6-8 sandwiches. Or chill tuna mixture and serve on crisp lettuce as salad topping. |
