VEGETABLE RELISH 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can peas
1 can white corn
1 can French style green beans
1 tomato, chopped & peeled
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil

Drain all canned vegetables, put in bowl. Add onions, peppers and tomatoes. Mix oil, sugar and vinegar. Pour oil mixture over vegetables. Mix thoroughly. Salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate several hours for best flavor.
