BREAD PUDDING 
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. white wine
1/2 lb. white bread, cubed
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. toasted sliced almonds
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 c. milk to soak bread

Place cubed bread, raisins and almonds in milk to soak. Beat eggs and sugar, butter and wine, spices and extracts. Add bread mixture and pour into a large microwaveable dish. Cook in microwave on medium for 15 minutes.

In regular oven bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Place casserole in a pan of water in oven. Serves 12.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
