FROSTY'S APPLE CAKE 
CAKE:

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder

APPLE WEDGES:

3-4 large apples (what ever kind you like)
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 piece of lemon
1 tbsp. sugar

Preheat oven 350°F. Grease a heavy tube pan.

Peal and cut apples in wedges squeeze some lemon over them to prevent discoloration, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon, set aside.

Mix all cake ingredients up in large bowl with mixer. Pour 1/2 of batter into pan. Put in the apples, save enough to put some on the top. Pour the remainder batter into pan. Place some apple slices on top.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Note: Do not open the oven door for 1 hour!

If golden brown after 1 hour take out if not continue to bake until golden brown. Cool in pan for 15 min, cut edges and carefully remove.
