14 CARAT CAKE 
2 c. flour, self-rising
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 can coconut

Stir dry ingredients together; set aside. Add sugar, oil and eggs. Mix well, add dry ingredients. Mix, add pineapple, nuts, and coconut, put in greased floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
8 oz. creamed cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners' sugar

Cream butter, cheese and vanilla, add confectioners' sugar. When mixed good, then put on cake.
