2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut

Boil the sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla for 5 minutes. Add pecans and coconut. Put on cake while warm.
