BUTTERHORNS 
2 sticks butter
1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
2 c. flour
Dash of salt

Cream butter and cottage cheese; add flour and salt. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.

Divide dough in 4 parts. Roll each wedge into butterhorn, starting at wide end and rolling to point. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Frost.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Mix sugar and milk to spreading consistency.
