SUMMER SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 cheddar cheese soup
1 Stove Top stuffing
3 summer squash

Prepare stuffing as on box. Slice summer squash and cook; cool and drain. Put a little stuffing on bottom of large casserole dish. Next put half the summer squash. Mix soup and sour cream and spread half of it over the squash. Layer stuffing, squash, soup and top with remainder of stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
