CREAM OF COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can coconut cream
Lopez (found in liquor dept.)
1 c. shredded coconut
1 pkg. "cream de cream" from freezer

Bake cake in 9 x 13 as directed. While warm poke holes with ice pick every half inch. When cool spread "cream de cream" or Cool Whip over top of cake. Sprinkle with coconut and chill.
